Azienda Gi Research is a business unit of GI Group Spa specialised in search and selection of Professional and Middle Management For our client, a prestigious company, we are currently looking for ACCOUNTING MANAGER Directly reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Administration, Hr & Legal Division, he/she will be accountable for leading the Finance team in managing the financial and accounting policies, systems and processes.
Attivita prevalente - Delivery of cost effective and efficient accounting and financial systems, policies and processes. - Supervise the External Audit process, including the review and analysis of results. - Manage the monthly and year-to-date Financial Reports, including analysis of results. - Manage and supervise the Cash Management function, including bank relationships, management and development of cash flow forecasting (short/long term) - Provide coaching and guidance through Performance Management process by setting the professional development plans to employees, ensuring the team to reach the predefined targets and the highest standard of delivery.
Competenze tecniche - University degree - At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position within multinational companies - Knowledge of Sap - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Caratteristiche personali The candidate must be self-confident, reliable and used to perform within dynamic and fast growing organisations. He/she is an innovative team player, with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
